I need a VAT invoice

You can find a VAT invoice included in your order confirmation e-mail. You can also access your invoice in your customer account. If you cannot locate your invoice, please simply get in touch to let us know and our team would be delighted to help!

My order is a gift, do you do gift receipts?

We do not offer gift receipts however there is no paperwork included in our items or packaging. There is no pricing information included. If there is an issue with your gifted product, please ask the person who placed the order to get in touch with u

My PayPal account is not verified, what does this mean?

To protect you from fraud, we only accept verified PayPal accounts. Verification basically confirms your card and bank account are owned by you. It’s really easy to verify your account with PayPal and you can do it online.
