Because we pick and pack all orders as soon as they come in, we usually can’t cancel or amend orders once they’ve been placed. However, if you reach out to us here and we will try our best to help.

Cancelling or amending my order.

Sorry to hear your product isn't quite right. We do offer a 30 days returns policy for our orders. Please head to our returns page here to register your return and a member of our team will be in touch with the returns instructions.

I'd like to return my order. 

If you have received confirmation your order has been shipped, you will be able to track it following the link on your dispatch email. If you haven't received an email you should be able to track it from your account along with completing your details here. 

If your tracking is shown the parcel has been delivered but you haven't received it, we would politely ask for you to check with neighbours and any safe spaces. If you are still unable to locate, please contact us here. 

We would kindly ask you to check the delivery option selected on your order and allowing the full timeframe before getting in touch. Please find the delivery timesscales here.

Where is my order? 

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with your product. If the product has arrived damaged, please reach out to our customer experience team here, who will be more than happy to arrange a replacement for you. 

If your product has developed a fault and you would like to claim on our 2 year warranty, please click here and fill in the returns form including: 
1. Order Number
2. Image / Video of fault, along with a description
3. An image of the label including the batch code. 

Once received, our customer experience team will be in touch with details about moving forward.

I have a faulty product. 

You can find a VAT invoice included in your order confirmation e-mail, simply click on the 'VAT invoice' link. You can also access your invoice in your customer account.

Can I have a VAT invoice 

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with your discount code. If you are having trouble entering your voucher code, we have a few tips that may help:

Ensure that the spelling is correct and that there are no spaces before or after the code
Check the terms and conditions of the deal (minimum spend, expiry date, select products)
