Make sure the spelling is correct and that there are no spaces before or after the code.

Check that the conditions of the promotion are met (minimum spend, offer expiration date and time, products included in the offer).

Please note that if your voucher code is only valid on full-price products, you will not be able to place an order with the code if you also have discounted items in your basket.

Finally, you can only use one voucher code per order.
