I have subscribed but I have not received my voucher code ?Updated 8 months ago

Promo codes are sent automatically by email within 2 hours of your registration.

If you do not see an email from us, first check your spam folder. You can also look for our email by searching with our email address : [email protected].  If found, select the message and mark it as Not Spam which should allow future messages to get through.

Also note that you will not receive a promo code if...

  • You have subscribed before (and then unsubscribed), even if you register again.
  • If you have already placed an order on our site

If you have already received a new subscriber code but it has expired and you have not used it to place an order, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.
