All goods will be inspected on return and we aim to process your return within 14 days, following receipt of your parcel. At peak times, it may take a little longer for your return to be fully processed.

Once we have checked your returned parcel we will issue your refund. It may take up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account. For that additional peace of mind we do send you an email as soon as we action your refund.
