How do I add fragrance oil to the TruGlow® AIR or change over the fragrance oil?

Unlock the compartment on the underside of the diffuser candle by turning the cover in an anticlockwise movement (remember to keep the unit upright if there’s already a fragrance bottle inside!) If the cover is stiff, use the unlocking tool provided.

Why is the remote for my TruGlow® AIR not working?
