What does the warranty label look like?Updated 19 days ago

The warranty label is generally white. It contains the product information as well as the batch number, which are essential in case of a claim, for example: “SR: POXXXX”.

The labels are visible directly on the products, sometimes at their base.

For some candles, they may be attached to the packaging:


For battery-operated or mains-powered products, the label is located on the power cable and is plastic-coated (sometimes silver in colour). Here is an example:

On some products, such as decorations, the label may also be attached as shown below:


If you wish to remove the labels for practical or aesthetic reasons, we recommend keeping them safe should you need them for a future warranty claim.
