My TruGlow® AIR diffuser is on, but there is no mist or fragrance coming through?Updated 7 months ago

If no mist or fragrance is coming through the diffuser, then there may be insufficient oil left, so do check the levels in your fragrance bottle. Alternatively, if there is no mist coming through, this may be a sign of an oil blockage in the plastic tube leading to the mist point. Check there’s no blockage in either the plastic tube or the mist point, and that the tube is fully immersed in the oil.  

No mist may also be a sign that the base of the diffuser has not been locked into place properly and so a vacuum seal has not been made, which is required for the diffuser function to operate. Check (carefully!) that the base of the diffuser is locked in place with a satisfying click.
