My product has arrived damaged, is faulty or has stopped working?Updated 8 months ago

For any concerns regarding a faulty product, if your product is still covered by our 2-year warranty, please provide us 

  1. A photograph or a video of the item (showing the issue if visible).
  2. A close-up photo of the warranty label, which includes the batch number.  
  3. A brief description of the issue

This is necessary to proceed with reporting the issue and determining the next steps to resolve the matter, such as a replacement or refund.
