TruGlow® AIR candle diffusers and our essential oil blends are despatched in separate parcels from our warehouse, so if you’ve received one, but not the other, please sit tight – the second half of your order is on the way! If you’ve been waiting for your parcel for over five days, however, please do get in touch with our friendly Customer Experience team, who’d be happy to help you track it down.
