How do I set the timer on my TruGlow candle?Updated 2 months ago

Our TruGlow candles come with a 6 hour timer function. This timer can be set by using either:

• The remote control: In order to set the timer using the remote control, simply point your remote at your candle and click the 'Timer' button.Ensure that the switch under your candle is set to the ON position. The candle will then be illuminated for 6 hours from this point. This timing will repeat itself each day. To reset the timer on the candle, point the remote at the candle and click the 'Timer' button.
• The switch on the base of the candle: The timer function can also be found and set using the TruGlow candle switch. This can be found on the base of the candle and simply make sure the switch is positioned in 'Timer' section to illuminate the candle for 6 hours.

Please note that some type of TruGlow Candles (votive, mini votive or taper candles) may not have a timer setting on the base. If this is the case, you will need to set the timer with the remote control.
