With the batteries included, the remote control can operate your candles from up to 5 m away. The closer the candles are to each other, the better it will work. Most of the candles we sell have a switch. Make sure the switch is in the ON position before using the remote control. NB: all TruGlow&#xAE; candles purchased before September 2020 will not work with the remote control. * The only exceptions are our TruGlow Black tapers and candles.
