If you're unsatisfied with a product and would like to return it, you can do so within 30 days of purchase as long as it's in a resellable condition.

Once we have received the returned parcel, your refund will be processed. Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note, all returns are made at your cost. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse & we recommend you use a tracked service that offers proof of postage.

If your product is faulty or it arrived damaged, we kindly ask you not to initiate a return and to contact us first to report the issue. We will be able to advise you accordingly.
